Redefining God's End Time Purpose Pt. 2

The rapture was turned into a weak escapism

So what is God emphasizing today?

  • Being trained to rule His kingdom as sons and daughters

Our focus today is the same as Jesus’ was:

  1. Learn to manage our Father’s kingdom
  2. Learn to manifest our Father’s kingdom
  3. Reclaim authority on this earth

Jesus taught and manifested the kingdom of His Father

  • Matthew 4:17 NAS From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
  • Matthew 4:23 NAS Jesus was going throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people.

Jesus didn’t teach of a coming kingdom, He said the kingdom is here.

  • Matthew 12:28 NAS "But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

The kingdom is hidden to the natural man and is to be sought out by those who will pursue it

  • Matthew 13:11 NAS Jesus answered them, "To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.

That hidden kingdom was taught by parables so it took a changed heart to understand it.

  • Matthew 13:24a NAS Jesus presented another parable to them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven may be compared to…
  • Those, today, that have resorted to rules and religion instead of love and relationship will not be able to understand the kingdom nor have any interest in it
    • This is an evaluation standard today

Jesus taught, how the kingdom works, how to enter the kingdom, the purpose of the kingdom and how to qualify for the kingdom.

Luke 11:17-22 NLT 17 He knew their thoughts, so he said, "Any kingdom divided by civil war is doomed. A family splintered by feuding will fall apart. 18 You say I am empowered by Satan. But if Satan is divided and fighting against himself, how can his kingdom survive? 19 And if I am empowered by Satan, what about your own exorcists? They cast out demons, too, so they will condemn you for what you have said. 20 But if I am casting out demons by the power of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you. 21 For when a strong man like Satan is fully armed and guards his palace, his possessions are safe— 22 until someone even stronger attacks and overpowers him, strips him of his weapons, and carries off his belongings. 23 "Anyone who isn't with me opposes me, and anyone who isn't working with me is actually working against me.

From this scripture it is important to note here these things:

  1. God has a literal kingdom
  2. Satan has a literal kingdom
  3. Both kingdoms will fall due to internal division
  4. Because who isn’t with God opposes Him, it is important who we’re being trained by

We are to conquer and take back the 2nd heaven

Revelation 11:15 AMP The seventh angel then blew [his] trumpet, and there were mighty voices in heaven, shouting, The dominion (kingdom, sovereignty, rule) of the world has now come into the possession and become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ (the Messiah), and He shall reign forever and ever (for the eternities of the eternities)!

6 times the following is mentioned:

Hebrews 10:11-14 NKJV 11 And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. 14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

We are being trained to rule our Father’s kingdom

Galatians 4:1-7 GOD'S WORD 1 Let me explain further. As long as an heir is a child, he is no better off than a slave, even though he owns everything. 2 He is placed under the control of guardians and trustees until the time set by his father. 3 It was the same way with us. When we were children, we were slaves to the principles of this world. 4 But when the right time came, God sent his Son into the world. A woman gave birth to him, and he came under the control of God's laws. 5 God sent him to pay for the freedom of those who were controlled by these laws so that we would be adopted as his children. 6 Because you are God's children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into us to call out, "Abba! Father!" 7 So you are no longer slaves but God's children. Since you are God's children, God has also made you heirs.

Is it important who we’re trained by

Luke 17:20-21 AMP 20 Asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied to them by saying, The kingdom of God does not come with signs to be observed or with visible display, 21 Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you].
